Rose red, grass green, quince yellow

Class 7e visited the Kunsthalle Würth in Schwäbisch Hall on April 27, 2023 to discover something new. To get to the “Rosenrot, Grasgrün, Quittengelb” art exhibition, the class walked from Schulzentrum West down into the city. Once there, they were greeted by a member of staff who would now guide them through the exhibition. There were many pictures by artists such as Gunter Damisch and Alex Katz on display.

A charcoal drawing by the artist Robert Longo was particularly impressive. There were also a few X-ray images of flowers and real plants. Afterwards, the students were able to create their own scratched pictures from Styrodur plates and nails in a workshop in the Kunsthalle studio.

The exhibition was very interesting and I recommend it to everyone, as there are so many interesting things to discover.
