As part of Erasmus Plus, a delegation of Portuguese principals from Lisbon visited the community school for a week at the end of May. The contact was established during an Erasmus training course in Finland a year ago and now it was time to visit each other. The rectors visited Hall at the same time as two colleagues in Portugal.
The Portuguese women were given an insight into the management of the community school, but also spent a day at the Erasmus-Widman Gymnasium and one at the Rollhof elementary school. At the Gemeinschaftsschule, the principals attended and observed lessons, were in close contact with Ms. Grau and Ms. Fürle and exchanged views on the management of schools and were also informed about the German school system by the education authority. They also discussed ways in which the pupils from both countries could come into contact with Erasmus through trips. We look forward to further cooperation!
