From 26.03.2023 to 02.04.2023 I (Mr. Binder) traveled to Tenerife for further training. The topic of the training was “Team building and communication”. On the first two days of the training, we had theory lessons so that we could then put this into practice. With 21 participants, we went into the forest or to the beach to try out different tasks and methods. The intercultural exchange between Bulgaria, Poland, Slovenia, Italy, Estonia, North Macedonia, Spain and Germany was impressive and the practical sessions were enriching for all participants. Overall, contacts were also made with other teachers so that hopefully further exchanges with one of the countries mentioned can take place.
