The Kultusverwaltung Baden-Württemberg takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. For this reason, we have taken measures to ensure that the data protection regulations are observed both by us and by our external service providers.

In the course of the further development of our website and the technologies used, changes to this privacy policy may also become necessary. We therefore recommend that you re-read the privacy policy from time to time.

INFORMATION ON THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, STORAGE PERIOD

In the following, we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer required, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.

If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. In doing so, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.

COLLECTION AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE

If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f EU GDPR):

In addition to the aforementioned data, further data may be collected on our websites, which you enter voluntarily in forms.

a) Messages sent via contact or order forms on the website are not encrypted. Without encryption, the possibility of third parties gaining access cannot be ruled out. These forms are therefore not suitable for the transmission of personal data requiring protection.

b) When data is collected via the online form tool of the Kultusverwaltung (surveys, registrations for events, etc.), your data will be transmitted in encrypted form and only collected, stored and processed for the intended purpose.  Once the intended purpose has been fulfilled, the data will be deleted;

USE OF COOKIES

No cookies are used on our website. There is no tracking of user activities. Data is only processed as part of the technically necessary measures to display the website.
