We, Paula Bieg, Emily Dauner (both Q12) and Lucija Zovko (Year 11), are allowed to take part in an exchange with our partner school in Finland. The project is funded by Erasmus Plus. Before we travel to Lappeenranta, however, our three exchange partners first came to stay with us for three weeks. During this time we had many wonderful shared experiences: we went to theatre performances and, of course, saw the sights of Schwäbisch Hall, but also those of Munich, Stuttgart and even Prague. We had a lot of fun and grew closer and closer as a group. This also gave us insights into Finnish culture and, above all, helped us to build up our English language skills. Now we are looking forward to having our own experiences during our three-week stay in Finland in April 2024. We are excited to gather our own impressions and to see our exchange students again.
