An important part of our Gemeinschaftsschule is the career choice concept. It starts as early as Year 5 and aims to give your child an insight into the real world of work each year. Some of this takes place with your support, and we would like to involve you actively in your child’s professional and educational journey.

In the upper years, company visits, work placements, application training, a role-play game and vocational measures will help your child plan and shape their professional future.

\n

Our own career choice fair, which takes place regularly every two years, also offers a very wide range of careers and degree courses!

\n

Advice on further education of course also gets its due!

\n

Another point of contact is Mr Carsten Schäfer from the Employment Agency, who is regularly available to you and your child in our career choice office, either in person or by email.

ESF Plus Project Brückenbogen

\n \n

The ESF Plus project Brückenbogen run by AWO Schwäbisch Hall offers coaching, advice and support for up to 10 pupils from Year 8 who are struggling with school motivation or emotional crises. It is also based in the career choice office. Appointments by arrangement.
