IMP profile course travels to Croatia

Published on

From 09.06. to 14.06.2024, 16 selected pupils from the IMP profile course (Computer Science, Maths, Physics), together with Frau Baumgärtner and Herr Krämer, had the unique opportunity to travel to Čakovec in Croatia. The trip was part of a project funded by Erasmus+ and gave the participants the chance to take part in exciting workshops on coding and robotics and to make new international friendships.

Together with a Polish school class from our partner town Zamość, we took part in various workshops at the school in Čakovec, which not only expanded our knowledge and skills but also encouraged intercultural exchange. The workshops covered a wide range of topics around computer science and gave the pupils the opportunity to learn and work in an international environment.

Besides the educational workshops, we also had the chance to explore the Croatian capital, Zagreb. The city fascinated us with its rich history, impressive buildings and lively streets.

Of course, a day by the sea was not to be missed. Our excursion to Crikvenica was a welcome conclusion to the trip. The pupils enjoyed the sunshine, the sea and the relaxed atmosphere. It was a perfect opportunity to relax and reflect on the experiences of the past few days.

The trip to Croatia was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. We are already looking forward to future projects and the opportunity to continue working together internationally. We thank everyone who made this trip possible, and we look forward to many more exciting projects and trips within Erasmus+!
