From 09.06. to 14.06.2024, 16 selected students from the profile subject IMP (computer science, math, physics) had the unique opportunity to travel to Čakovec in Croatia together with Ms. Baumgärtner and Mr. Krämer. This trip was part of an Erasmus+ funded project and offered the participants the opportunity to take part in exciting workshops on coding and robotics and to make new international friends.
Together with a Polish school class from our twin town Zamość, we took part in various workshops at the school in Čakovec, which not only expanded our knowledge and skills, but also promoted intercultural exchange. The workshops covered a variety of topics related to computer science and offered students the opportunity to learn and work in an international environment.
In addition to the educational workshops, we also had the opportunity to explore the Croatian capital Zagreb. The city fascinated us with its rich history, impressive buildings and lively streets.
Of course, a day by the sea was also a must. Our excursion to Crikvenica was a welcome end to the trip. The students enjoyed the sun, the sea and the relaxed atmosphere. It was the perfect opportunity to relax and reflect on the experiences of the previous days.
The trip to Croatia was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. We are already looking forward to future projects and the opportunity to continue working together internationally. We would like to thank everyone who made this trip possible and look forward to many more exciting projects and trips as part of Erasmus+!
