Visit to the Adolf-Würth-Airport

„Flying“ – this was the topic that the NwT group in Year 8 explored in theory and practice over the past few months. For example, they built paper planes and boomerangs, investigated the Bernoulli effect, or presented their own experiments.

To round off this topic, we finally visited the Adolf-Würth-Airport in Schwäbisch Hall. Here, airport staff showed us the equipment (airport fire engines, the technical vehicle fleet and, of course, a wide variety of aircraft) up close. We asked and were answered many different questions, and we gathered lots of new and interesting information.

Many thanks to the Adolf-Würth-Airport for this wonderful opportunity!
