From 26.03.2023 to 02.04.2023, I (Mr Binder) travelled to Tenerife for a training course. The topic of the course was “Team Building and Communication”. The first two days of the course consisted of theory sessions, so that we could then put this into practice. Together with 21 participants, we went to the forest or the beach to try out various tasks and methods. The intercultural exchange between Bulgaria, Poland, Slovenia, Italy, Estonia, North Macedonia, Spain and Germany was impressive, and the practical sessions were an enrichment for all participants. Overall, we were also able to make contacts with other teachers, so that hopefully further exchanges with one of the countries mentioned can take place.
